Hyatt Ziva in Los Cabos has been on my list of places to stay ever since we visited it’s sister property in Cancun.
When my husband and I are able to schedule getaways that don’t include our children, we have enjoyed staying at all inclusive resorts. I like being able to really lean into the resort experience. Even though I love adventure and seeing all there is to see, sometimes a vacation (for me) needs only to involve the sun and a frozen drink! All inclusive resorts don’t apply pressure to go out into the world. Instead, they create a comfortable home away from home that you shouldn’t want to leave!
We spent three wonderful nights at the Hyatt Ziva.
Unlike the all inclusive resort we stayed at in Cancun, the Hyatt Ziva is family friendly. If you want to bring the kids for some family fun, there’s a kids camp and kids pool with slides. And if you’re looking for an adult-centric getaway, there’s an adults only pool too. Fun for all the ages.
There are so many restaurants to choose from at the resort. From Japanese options at DoZo to French cuisine at Bon Vivant, they’ve got it all covered. Our favorite was hibachi at DoZo, but the ocean front dining at Zaffiro and La Hacienda were also incredible.
In addition to the sit down restaurants, the La Plaza buffet offered a wide variety of food morning, noon and night. The Coco Loco Snack Bar fed us tacos, burritos and guacamole pool side, and the Coffee House was a great stop for coffee, cakes or ice cream any time of day. And please don’t forget about the 24-hour room service. It was on point every time!
We really loved our stay. From the room to the food to the service to the pool, we laughed and relaxed and connected. Truly a dream vacation.
